Metropolitan Limousine has operated a private chauffeured service in the Chicagoland area since 1972. Our garage is located at 1836 South Wabash Avenue in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop.
The company was founded on the standard of providing the highest quality limousine service available. This is accomplished through the attitude of our employees as well as the diversity and quality of our current fleet. The fleet includes Mercedes-Benz S Class and BMW 7 Series sedans, Lincoln MKS sedans, six and eight passenger extended Lincoln limousines, Ford Expedition EL SUV’s, the Mercedes Sprinter in 11 passenger and 15 passenger Shuttle configurations, and Executive mini and motor coaches. There is basically a vehicle to comfortably and smoothly fulfill any need or requirement.
The service oriented attitude is sought in all prospective employees. Chauffeur applicants are handpicked individuals chosen for their personality, knowledge, safe driving skills and appearance. They are thoroughly screened and trained in both driving and the expectations of a chauffeur. All of our chauffeurs strive towards being experts in their profession. They know how to put their clients first, and you can rely on their integrity. Applicants are submitted to criminal background checks and drug screening, and there is ongoing random drug testing following employment. All potential chauffeurs attend a 40-hour training program that is proprietary to our operation, and is facilitated through our nationally accredited Fleet Safety Director.
Locally, Metropolitan Limousine represents all of the city’s top luxury hotels (Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Peninsula, Drake, Park Hyatt, Trump, Waldorf Astoria, Langham, Fairmont, JW Marriott, Sofitel and Hilton Chicago) as their in-house car service, most since their opening in Chicago. A great many of Chicago’s major corporations, private firms and business leaders are represented as well.

As an added convenience, all charges are placed on your Chicago account and processed through our centralized billing facility which provides timely reporting and invoicing via email, fax or postal mail.
